Would you like to get started in logistics whilst also obtaining your lorry driving licence? Then this role as a Co-driver is a great opportunity. Together with an experienced driver, you’ll deliver food and non-food products to customers in the north-east of the Netherlands. At the same time, you’ll learn the trade on the job and have the opportunity to progress to becoming a lorry driver. You’ll work day shifts, spend a lot of time on the road and have a clear path to a training programme. It’s the ideal role for anyone looking to build a future in the transport sector.
What are you going to do?
As a Co-driver, you’ll work closely with the driver as part of a close-knit team to ensure that orders are delivered to customers safely, in full and on time. You enjoy getting stuck in and act as the face of the company during deliveries.
Your duties will include:
- Loading, transporting and unloading food and non-food products;
- Checking goods and orders;
- Filling in and managing transport documents correctly;
- Keeping the vehicle clean and presentable;
- Dealing with customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner during deliveries.
Who are you?
As a co-driver, you are keen to develop your skills and progress to the role of lorry driver. You are eager to learn, work meticulously and are happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- You are keen to obtain your Category C driving licence and Code 95;
- You have held a Category B driving licence for at least one year;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language;
- You live in Deventer or the immediate vicinity;
- You are meticulous, responsible and open to learning new skills.

- A gross monthly salary of between €2,600 and €3,000 based on full-time employment;
