Would you like to work with modern CNC machines and learn a trade where precision is key? As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you’ll be working on high-quality metal components for a wide range of applications. Experience is an advantage, but motivation and technical understanding are more important. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills over the long term within a modern production environment.

What are you going to do?

  • You set up and operate the CNC press brake;
  • You check programmes and amend them where necessary;
  • You read technical drawings and carry out dimensional checks;
  • You monitor the quality of the products;
  • You resolve minor faults and keep your workstation tidy.

Who are you?

  • You have an MBO level of working and thinking;
  • You have technical insight;
  • You can read technical drawings or are keen to learn how;
  • You speak Dutch or English;
  • You are available to work a two-shift rota.

  • Gross monthly salary between €3,313 and €3,568 including shift allowance, depending on experience;
  • 25 days’ annual leave + 8% holiday pay + additional holiday pay accrual;
  • In-house mentoring and training opportunities;
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance;
  • Working with modern CNC machines in a varied production environment.
