Do you have experience with CNC machines and do you enjoy working with precision? As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for independently programming, setting up and operating the press brake. You will mainly be working with aluminium and manufacturing various components based on technical drawings. In doing so, you will keep a close eye on dimensions and quality and carry out checks independently. You will be able to resolve minor deviations and malfunctions quickly and professionally. Thanks to your precision and technical insight, you ensure that every component meets the required quality standards and is ready for the next stage in the production process.
What are you going to do?
As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you are responsible for the precise manufacture of sheet metal components based on technical drawings. You ensure that the products meet the specified dimensional and quality requirements.
- You will programme and set up the CNC press brake independently for various operations;
- You operate the press brake and adjust the settings for different products;
- You read and interpret technical drawings and translate them into precise machining operations;
- You carry out quality checks and verify that the products meet the correct dimensions;
- You identify deviations and resolve minor technical faults independently.
Who are you?
As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you possess technical insight, work with precision and know how to operate a CNC press brake independently. You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work meets the specified quality standards.
- You have completed a technical qualification at LBO+ or MBO level;
- You have experience in independently programming, setting up and operating CNC press brakes;
- You can read technical drawings and know how to use various measuring tools;
- You are flexible and willing to work a two-shift rota.
