Do you have experience with CNC press brakes and do you enjoy working on high-quality metal products? As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you will independently set up modern press brakes and produce precision components based on technical drawings. You will mainly be working on one-off items and small batches, meaning no two days are the same. In this role, precision, craftsmanship and contributing ideas to ensure an efficient production process are key.
What are you going to do?
As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you are responsible for the precise bending of metal components and for monitoring the quality of the end product. Your duties include:
- Setting up, programming and operating CNC press brakes;
- Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions;
- Adjusting machines for different products and operations;
- Checking the dimensions, quality and finish of the parts produced;
- Troubleshooting minor faults and identifying deviations in the production process;
- Manufacturing single items and small batches to a high standard of accuracy.
Who are you?
As a CNC Bender, you work with precision, have technical insight and know how to maintain high standards of quality. You are independent, keen to learn and feel at home in a technical production environment. You also bring the following to the role:
- Experience with CNC press braking or a background in metalworking;
- The ability to read and apply technical drawings independently;
- A good command of the Dutch language;
- An eye for detail, dimensions and a high-quality end result;
- The motivation to master new techniques and working methods.
