Do you enjoy working with CNC machines and seeing the precise results of your work? As a CNC Miller, you’ll be producing aluminium components using modern milling machines. You’ll work from technical drawings, set up the machine and check that each component meets the correct specifications. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure the production process runs smoothly and contribute ideas on how to carry out the work more efficiently.
What are you going to do?
As a CNC Milling Operator, you will produce aluminium components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. You will set up the machines independently and closely monitor the process whilst milling.
- You set up and operate CNC milling machines independently;
- You carry out 3-axis and 5-axis milling operations;
- You work from technical drawings and product specifications;
- You check dimensions, tolerances and the finished product;
- You optimise tools, machine settings and machining operations;
- You identify deviations and rectify them during production;
- You coordinate tasks with colleagues to monitor scheduling and delivery times.
Who are you?
As a CNC Milling Operator, you work independently and with precision. You understand technical drawings and know how to translate them into the correct machining operations.
- You have experience as a CNC Milling Operator;
- You can read technical drawings and work with various measuring tools;
- You are willing to work a two-shift rota;
- You carefully check the dimensions and quality of your own work;
- Experience with Heidenhain controls is a good fit for the role.

- A gross monthly salary of €3,050 to €4,600, excluding the 20% shift allowance;
