Would you like to do more than just run CNC programmes? As a CNC Milling Specialist, you’ll work on complex components and improve milling processes. You’ll combine CAM programming with practical workshop experience. What’s more, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a managerial role.

What are you going to do?

As a CNC Milling Specialist, you convert drawings into sophisticated milling programmes. You:

Programme 3- to 5-axis and 5-face milling machines offline using CAM;
Draw up milling plans and devise specialised clamping fixtures;
Improve programmes, work processes and clamping set-ups;
Analyse measurement data and contribute ideas on CMM measurement strategies;
Will, in due course, be able to mentor and manage four staff members.

Who are you?

As a CNC Milling Specialist, you will bring technical expertise to the role. You will have:

HBO-level working and thinking ability in mechanical engineering or machining;
Experience with CNC milling and CAM programming;
Knowledge of technical drawings, fits and tolerances;
Experience with measurement and measuring equipment;
A good command of Dutch and English.

What do we offer?

As a CNC Milling Specialist, you’ll be given the freedom to improve processes. You’ll receive:

€3,000 to €4,000 gross per month;
A full-time role with terms and conditions in accordance with the Metalektro collective agreement;
The opportunity to progress to a coordinating role.
