You’ll ensure that tenders are prepared, schedules are accurate and projects run smoothly. This isn’t routine work, but a variety of technical projects where your insight makes an immediate difference.

What are you going to do?
- As a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager, you ensure that projects are well prepared from both a technical and organisational perspective.
- You will carry out cost estimates for bespoke projects;
- You carry out the technical preparation for projects;
- You liaise with clients and suppliers;
- You monitor schedules and outstanding requests;
- You coordinate work with production and fitters;
- From time to time, you will visit project sites and/or suppliers
Who are you?
As a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, you work with precision and maintain a clear overview of technical processes.
• You have an MBO+ qualification in engineering or mechanical engineering;
• You have experience in cost estimation and work planning;
• You can read technical drawings;
• You communicate clearly with colleagues and clients;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
