What are you going to do?
As a business manager, you combine commercial insight with operational leadership and ensure that opportunities in the market are translated into concrete results.
Your responsibilities include:
- Further developing and growing the Packaging business unit;
- Identifying market developments and commercial opportunities and translating these into strategic business plans;
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with customers and partners;
- Positioning the organisation as a reliable supplier and partner within the market;
- Optimising internal processes to increase profitability and scalability;
- Monitoring capacity, planning and processes so that they grow with market demand;
- Managing and coaching a team of around 15 colleagues within production, supply chain, inside sales and engineering;
- Stimulating ownership, initiative and cooperation within the team;
- You are at the heart of the organisation and know what is going on on the shop floor. As a result, you switch effortlessly between strategic issues and daily practice.
Who are you?

- HBO or WO education, preferably in Technical Business Administration or a similar direction
- Experience within a technical or industrial environment
- Affinity with sales, business development and market development
- You easily switch between strategy, customer meetings and operational issues
- A hands-on mentality and strong entrepreneurial character
- You are result-oriented, customer-oriented and committed
- You feel at home in a practical, no-nonsense working environment.
