Do you enjoy working with metal and have an eye for precision? As a Shearer and Bender, you’ll be producing components that form the basis of high-quality car transporters. You’ll be working with modern machinery, technical drawings and various types of metal. In this way, you’ll be delivering visible craftsmanship every day.

What are you going to do?

As a Shearer and Bender, you ensure that components are machined to a high standard of precision.

  • You cut, position and shape steel and aluminium;
  • You set up and programme CNC machines based on technical drawings;
  • You check the dimensions and quality of the components;
  • You assist where necessary with forklift or welding work;
  • You contribute ideas for improvements to the production process.

Who are you?

As a Shearer, you work meticulously and have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the job.

  • You have experience in metalworking or are keen to learn the trade;
  • You can read technical drawings;
  • You work accurately and independently;
  • You are willing to obtain a forklift licence if you do not already have one;
  • You are available for 30 to 38 hours per week.

  • A salary of between €2,600 and €3,400 gross per month;
