A smooth and personal application process
Tessa Steenbreker-Mulder started as a fitter outside shell at VRONT® via Euro Planit. She applied at the end of April 2025 and it soon became clear that the process was smooth and orderly. The intake interview took place on 8 May, she was introduced to VRONT® on 15 May and a follow-up interview followed on 19 May. After a great interview on 22 May, it was final: Tessa could start at VRONT®.
In her role, Tessa will work on the completion of the exterior envelope, where she will cover walls with mineral stone strips and ensure a sleek, neat and high-quality end result. The work suits her well and provides peace of mind and focus. By being able to concentrate fully on her task, her expertise grows quickly and she becomes more and more dexterous in her work.
From preparation to perfect finish
A working day starts with preparing the wall. This consists of applying a primer coat, gluing mesh, sealing edges with an adhesive layer and checking dimensions. Careful reading of the technical drawing plays an important role here, as all the details of the wall are laid down in it.
After noting the dimensions and fitting the battens, gluing and fitting the mineral stone strips starts. Once these are in place, the joints are neatly finished and a final check follows to complete the wall perfectly in every detail.
Room to grow
Tessa works in a pleasant and sociable team with colleagues who value quality and cooperation. That she is in a good place is shown by the trust she has gained: her contract has now been extended from 24 hours a week to 37.5 hours a week. A great move that shows that cooperation is good on both sides.
