What are you going to do?
As a Work Planner / Production Planner, you play a crucial role in the efficient and timely realisation of customer-oriented projects. You will ensure that planning is seamlessly aligned with production capacity and material availability. Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Setting up and monitoring production planning with sales, engineering, work preparation, purchasing and production;
- Optimising material availability and productivity within the various production departments;
- Balancing demand and available capacity;
- Establishing and monitoring realistic delivery times;
- Organising the timely delivery of materials for external operations;
- Optimising and implementing second-line planning.
Who are you?
- A completed technical education (MBO+ or HBO), for example Technical Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering;
- You have several years of experience in work planning and/or production planning within mechanical engineering;
- You have technical insight into production processes and a broad view of planning and controlling them;
- You work in a structured way, are solution-oriented and are good at setting priorities.
- You have knowledge of QRM, Lean and procurement strategies;
- You have experience with ERP systems;
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
