What are you going to do?

As Welding and Construction Team Leader, you will manage the welding and construction team and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You monitor progress, think about new techniques and motivate your colleagues to get the best out of themselves.

  • You manage the welding and construction team on a daily basis;
  • You monitor the quality and progress of the work;
  • You ensure optimal use of welding robots and laser welding techniques;
  • You read technical drawings and translate them into execution;
  • You carry out quality checks and contribute to improvements;
  • You coach and develop employees within your team.

Who are you?

As a Welding and Construction Team Leader, you combine technical knowledge with natural leadership. You know what is going on in the workplace and have an eye for quality and people.

  • You have completed secondary vocational education in welding or construction technology;
  • You have experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding;
  • You can read and translate technical drawings;
  • You have an affinity with welding robots and laser welding;
  • You communicate well in Dutch, English and preferably also German;
  • You are coaching, accurate and solution-oriented.
