What are you going to do?
In this versatile role, you will combine technical knowledge with commercial flair. No two days are the same - from customer visit to exhibition floor, from quotation to after-sales service
- You advise (inter)national customers on high-quality technical solutions within luxury yacht building;
- You translate technical specifications into customised commercial proposals;
- You draw up quotations and supervise the process from request to delivery;
- You visit leading (international) trade fairs, such as the Monaco Yacht Show;
- You maintain long-term relationships with shipyards, suppliers and end customers;
- You identify market developments and translate opportunities into concrete actions;
- You interact intensively with engineering, project managers and production to perfectly realise customer wishes;
- With your expertise and persuasiveness, you know exactly how to bring customers along in high-quality technical solutions
- You do not sell a standard product - you sell experience, quality and craftsmanship
Who are you?
- You have experience in a technical-commercial position, preferably in yacht building, maritime or high-end manufacturing;
- You are technically skilled, commercially sharp and feel at home in an international environment where quality is paramount;
- You have a technical HBO or WO education (preferably mechanical engineering or similar)
- You speak fluent Dutch and good English (German or French is an advantage);
- You are willing to travel internationally from time to time, including trade fair visits;
- You have an affinity with luxury, customisation and high-quality technology;
- You have strong communication skills and find it easy to build lasting relationships;
- You think in terms of solutions and opportunities, not limitations;
