What are you going to do?
As a Tactical Purchaser, you are the connecting link between internal stakeholders and the market. You ensure that the right products and services, at the best conditions, are available.
- You translate the internal procurement needs to the market and select, assess and contract the best suppliers;
- You conduct negotiations at tactical and strategic level to achieve optimal purchasing conditions in terms of price, quality and delivery time;
- You fill operational and tactical procurement needs;
- You record agreements in the ERP system and handle the actual procurement;
- You build and maintain sustainable supplier relationships;
- You reduce procurement costs where possible and increase delivery reliability;
- You analyse QLTC data and monitor supplier developments;
- You develop and implement short- and long-term procurement strategies;
- You monitor market developments and identify new purchasing opportunities;
- You optimise inventory levels using accurate demand forecasts;
Who are you?
- You are analytically strong, decisive and feel at home in a dynamic, technical environment;
- You have HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a completed course in Technical Business Administration or similar;
- You have at least 5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience within the technical manufacturing industry;
- You collaborate easily in multidisciplinary teams;
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English; German is an advantage;
- You are proactive, results-oriented and continuously think in terms of improvements
