What are you going to do?
As a (Junior) Sample Engineer, you are the link between sales, engineering and production. You translate customer requests into practical solutions and make them tangible yourself.
- Analysing customer designs and converting them into customised solutions;
- Elaborating proposals in SolidWorks (sheet metal);
- Making samples in metal (press brake/laser cutter) and plastic (3D printer);
- Documenting and managing samples;
- Collaborating with sales and engineering for optimal customer satisfaction.
Who are you?
As a (junior) Sample Engineer, you are technically skilled, accurate and practical.
- You have MBO+ working and thinking level towards product design or mechanical engineering;
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably with metalworking;
- You have good knowledge of SolidWorks (sheet metal);
- You are analytical, solution-oriented and communicatively strong;
- Command of the Dutch language.
