What are you going to do?
As Quality Manager, you will be the driving force behind improving and ensuring quality standards within the organisation. You develop policy, establish clear processes and ensure that colleagues understand what quality means in practice. You conduct internal audits, supervise external certification processes and translate analytical data into concrete improvement actions. You also advise management on the performance and assurance of quality, and know how to motivate others to apply quality on a daily basis.
- Drawing up and keeping quality policy up to date;
- Performing and supervising internal and external audits, such as ISO 9001;
- Analysing and improving procedures and work processes;
- Advising colleagues and management on quality issues;
- Identifying bottlenecks and initiating improvement projects;
- Reporting on performance, KPIs and results to the management.
Who are you?
As a Quality Manager, you are structured, sharp and communicatively strong;
- You have completed a college or university degree, preferably technical or business administration;
- You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role;
- You have knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems;
- You have experience with CE, UL and ATEX certification;
- You know how to convince others of the importance of quality.
What do we offer?
As Quality Manager, you will be given an independent role with a lot of responsibility;
A monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,500 gross (depending on experience);
