What are you going to do?
As Project Manager, you are fully engaged in projects where the customer's needs are translated to the organisation. Obviously, the aim of your role is to realise the project within time, budget and internal and external quality requirements. You do this by defining and drawing up a PMP (Project Management Plan) with the aim of satisfying customer(s) and internal stakeholders. As Project Manager, you are often already involved in the offer process, where you are responsible for the technical part of the offer and the assessment of, the business case. During the execution of the assignment, you will manage and monitor the well-known hard management aspects of scope, quality, time, and money.
- You will lead complex projects for the processing of organic waste streams (such as drying sludge, manure or digestate, producing pellets and air washing);
- Coordinating the project team consisting of work planners, engineers, production and commissioning staff;
- Coordinating with customers on technical details, planning, budgets and possible changes during execution;
- Identifying improvements and contributing to innovation within the organisation;
- Visiting projects at home and abroad to monitor progress and support customers;
- Ensuring flawless project administration, including delivery documentation and evaluations;
- A typical working day is a mix of project administration, consultation with various departments, customer contact and solving technical challenges - all with the aim of successfully delivering installations worldwide.
Who are you?
- You have several years of experience with international projects and are used to managing projects from A to Z;
- You have commercial skills and know how to manage teams of diverse cultures;
- You are analytical, solution-oriented and driven in dynamic environments;
- You have a completed HBO or WO education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;
- You have good social skills, are confident and communicate clearly;
- You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- You are analytical, solution-oriented and driven, with a great sense of responsibility and perseverance.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; German is an advantage;
- You have an affinity with sustainability and circular processes.

- You will receive an immediate one-year contract with the client;
- Salary between €4,580 and €6,200 gross per month (based on a 40-hour working week), depending on your professional experience;
