In this role, you will monitor the production process, adjust machines and solve malfunctions. You will work in a team where quality, safety and cooperation are key.

What are you going to do?
As an operator, you work in a largely automated process. You set up machines, perform quality checks and intervene in case of breakdowns or deviations. You carry out minor technical interventions yourself; for larger malfunctions, you work together with the technical department. You support colleagues and can replace the shift manager in his/her absence.
Who are you?
- Completed technical training (operator certificate is a plus);
- Demonstrated affinity with production and technology;
- You work accurately, safely and independently;
- Good command of the Dutch language;
- Willingness to work 3-shifts.
What do we offer?
- Monthly salary between €2,850 and €3,100 including shift bonuses;
