What are you going to do?
In this role as Operator, you are the key person on the shop floor. You operate the filling line, monitor quality and intervene quickly in case of minor malfunctions. Because you will be trained at several workplaces, your work will remain varied and instructive. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs smoothly every day. Your work consists of:
- Operating and monitoring the filling line;
- Fixing minor technical malfunctions;
- Thinking along about working more efficiently;
- Working cleanly, safely and accurately;
- Being deployable at multiple points in the process.
Who are you?
- Technical insight and solution-oriented thinking;
- Experience as an Operator (preferably VAPRO or MBO-2 diploma);
- You speak and write good Dutch;
- You enjoy working together and feel responsible;
- You are available for a 2-shift operation.
