What are you going to do?
As cooperating logistics team leader, you ensure that all logistics processes surrounding project and service orders run smoothly. You combine leadership with active participation and have a keen eye for efficiency and improvement.
- Managing and supervising warehouse employees, while cooperating operationally yourself;
- Responsible for correct and well-organised stock management;
- Signalling, initiating and implementing process optimisations within logistics;
- Ensuring efficient layout and optimal utilisation of warehouse space;
- Preparing and coordinating outgoing project shipments;
- Coordinating deliveries and transports; you actively liaise with carriers;
- Working closely with production, planning and work preparation;
- Identifying bottlenecks and responding to them proactively
Who are you?
- You have at least 3 years of managerial experience in a logistics environment;
- You have a practical attitude, think ahead and know how to bring people along in a natural way;
- You have an MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
- You have experience with inventory management and improving logistics processes;
- You enjoy both managing and rolling up your sleeves yourself;
- You communicate easily with colleagues, suppliers and transporters;
- You are structured, responsible and solution-oriented;
- You take initiative and dare to make decisions
