Then this is your moment. For Heesen Yachts Interiors in Winterswijk, we are looking for a (Junior) Technical Purchaser who wants to help build the interiors of exclusive superyachts. Here, you don't work on just any products - you work on floating works of art.
What are you going to do?
As a (Junior) Technical Purchaser, you play a crucial role in the realisation of high-quality yacht interiors. Together with project managers, you draw up procurement plans and ensure that materials and services are purchased on time, at the right price and according to the highest quality standards. You are the connecting link between suppliers, internal departments and production.
What are your duties?
- Purchasing technical parts and materials according to established guidelines;
- Monitoring delivery times, quality and quantities - you keep a tight rein on the purse strings;
- Gathering and analysing market information for the best supplier and product choices;
- Record and follow up negotiations with suppliers and contract agreements;
- Interact internally with engineering, project management and production on planning and progress;
- Carefully process and archive procurement records;
- Assessing suppliers and actively responding to market developments;
- Thinking along about further professionalisation and centralisation of the procurement structure;
- You will have plenty of room to grow in this role.
- Whether you are just starting out or already have several years' experience: here you will develop into a solid partner in technical purchasing.
Who are you?
- You have strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen;
- You have technical interest and affinity with procurement (preferably NEVI 1);
- You are analytically strong, have good communication skills and are not easily swayed.
- You like an overview, but are just as good at getting into the details.
- You have an HBO working and thinking level;
- A good command of German and English;
- Experience with modern automation systems;
- You are solution-oriented and flexible in a dynamic project environment.
