What are you going to do?
As an Injection Moulding Team Leader, you are the point of contact within your team. You ensure that processes run smoothly and that your team achieves the best results.
- You manage operators and machine counters;
- You ensure that production numbers and quality requirements are met;
- You supervise test sprayings and solve malfunctions;
- You cooperate with other departments and think along with them about process improvements.
Who are you?
As an Injection Moulding Team Leader, you are someone who keeps an overview and knows how to motivate people.
- You have experience in a technical production environment, preferably injection moulding;
- You have MBO work and thinking level in the technical field;
- You have (initial) managerial experience or want to take that step now;
- You have an injection moulding 1 & 2 certificate or are willing to obtain one;
- You communicate clearly and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
