We are looking for a TopSolid Wood (TSW) Engineer / Work Planner for a leading organisation in high-end interior design. In this role, you will work on exclusive and complex interior design projects where craftsmanship, technology and perfection come together.

What are you going to do?

As an Engineer / Production Planner, you are the technical link between design, production and assembly. Using TopSolid Wood (TSW), you will convert supplied layouts into detailed 3D models, production drawings and CNC programmes.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing layouts into detailed digital models and production drawings in TopSolid Wood;
  • Assessing the technical feasibility and manufacturability of designs;
  • Identifying and discussing technical issues with the project team;
  • Delivering 3D models, drawings and CNC programmes for production and assembly on time;
  • Coordinating construction details with the production department;
  • Ordering and monitoring materials and purchased components;
  • Acting as a technical point of contact for colleagues and production;
  • Contributing ideas on standardisation, workflow optimisation and process improvements.

Who are you?

You are an ambitious engineer who strives to get the best out of yourself. You enjoy technically challenging projects and have an affinity for high-quality bespoke work.

In addition, you have:

  • MBO or HBO level of working and thinking;
  • You have completed a technical qualification, for example in furniture making, interior construction or mechanical engineering;
  • Experience as an Engineer or Production Planner within interior construction, yacht building or a similar technical environment;
  • Good knowledge of materials and constructions within interior construction;
  • An understanding of production processes, CNC technology and spatial awareness;
  • A structured, accurate and solution-oriented approach to work;
  • Good command of both Dutch and German.

  • A salary of between €3,426 and €4,630 gross per month
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km one way
