What are you going to do?
In this position, you are the point of contact for everything concerning health & safety and vitality. You ensure that colleagues can work safely and that processes are continuously improved. Your work will include:
- Support in drawing up, improving and implementing safety policies, procedures and instructions;
- Drawing up and implementing the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E);
- Advising managers and the works council on health & safety policy;
- Interpreting safety reports and translating them into concrete improvement actions;
- Drawing up and securing safety plans for projects;
- Conducting internal audits and drawing up an annual audit plan;
- Initiating programmes aimed at vitality and sustainable employability;
- Monitoring legislation and regulations and translating these into daily practice.
Who are you?
You are proactive, communicatively strong and enjoy bringing people along with you in security thinking. Furthermore, you bring the following with you:
- You have completed a mbo or hbo degree, preferably in Integral Safety Science or Higher Safety Science;
- You are a starter or already have some experience in a similar position;
- Do you have experience with internal audits? Nice touch!
- You can express yourself excellently in both Dutch and English;
- You have an affinity with technology and pick up complex processes quickly;
- You are analytical and know how to implement improvements convincingly.
