What are you going to do?
As assistant supervisor, you will contribute to a tight and efficient process. In the 3-shift operation, you ensure that everything in the cross-dock area runs smoothly.
- You supervise and instruct employees on the shop floor;
- You maintain an overview, identify bottlenecks and deal with problems immediately;
- You collect customer orders and ensure that they are loaded correctly;
- You take over the supervisor's tasks in the event of absence;
- You process hours and assist in making schedules.
Who are you?
As assistant supervisor, you will bring experience and leadership to your daily work.
- You have MBO+ working and thinking level;
- You have 1-3 years of work experience, of which at least 1 year in a managerial role;
- You have knowledge of logistics or are willing to learn this;
- You manage clearly and communicate clearly;
- You work accurately and keep an overview, even when it is busy.

- Work in a 3-shift system with fixed hours; Working hours are from 06:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 24:00 and from 21:30 to 06:00. In the night shift, this means you start on Sunday evening and have weekend on Friday morning!
