As an All-round Carpenter, you’ll be working on high-quality prefabricated façade elements and ensuring that every component is assembled and finished to perfection. In a modern production environment, you’ll combine technical insight with practical craftsmanship. Together with a dedicated team, you’ll work on a wide range of projects and be given plenty of scope to develop your skills further within the carpentry trade.
What are you going to do?
As an All-round Carpenter, you will work daily on the production and finishing of high-quality prefabricated walls and façade elements. You will work meticulously to technical drawings and, together with your colleagues, ensure that every component is assembled correctly and in accordance with the applicable quality standards.
Your duties will include:
- Sorting, checking and preparing materials for the production process;
- Fitting electrical conduits, insulation material, exterior film, nailing strips and various sheet materials;
- Fitting and installing window and door frames into prefabricated walls and façade elements;
- Reading and applying technical drawings and work instructions;
- Checking dimensions, assembly and finish;
- Identifying deviations and making adjustments where necessary;
- Ensuring a safe, tidy and well-organised workplace;
- Working together with colleagues to achieve a high-quality end product.

- Has completed an MBO qualification in carpentry or has relevant work experience;
- Can read technical drawings and apply them independently in practice;
- Works meticulously and pays close attention to dimensions, quality and finish;
- Thinks in a solution-oriented way and actively contributes ideas for improvements to the production process;
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Is flexible and practical-minded, and enjoys varied work.
