What are you going to do?
- As Working Foreman, you will supervise a team of production workers;
- You divide the work, monitor the planning and actively participate in production;
- You carry out quality checks and intervene immediately in case of deviations;
- You resolve faults quickly and practically and always keep safety in mind;
- You also take on administrative tasks and coordinate matters with management.
Who are you?
- Practical minded, with a technical background (MBO 3/4);
- At least 3 years' experience in production, preferably with managerial experience;
- Good at communicating and planning;
- Technically strong and quality-oriented;
- Initiative, independent and flexible;
- Safety-conscious and willing to work in shifts;
- In possession of a VOG or willing to apply for one.
