What are you going to do?

As a procurement officer, you are an important link in the three-person procurement team. You ensure smooth procurement of materials and services.

  • You request quotations and evaluate them carefully;
  • You place purchase orders with suppliers;
  • You negotiate prices, delivery times and conditions;
  • You check invoices and reconcile discrepancies;
  • You keep the procurement records;
  • You liaise with various departments about procurement needs;
  • You maintain contact with suppliers;
  • You monitor market and price developments.

Who are you?

As a procurement officer, you are someone who can quickly switch gears, work in a structured way and enjoy working with people.

  • You have a college degree and several years of experience;
  • You have knowledge of commerce or business administration, preferably with NEVI diploma;
  • You communicate easily with colleagues and suppliers;
  • You can plan well and keep an overview;
  • You enjoy working with ERP systems such as Navision or Ridder IQ;
  • You have technical insight;
  • You speak and write good Dutch and English.

What do we offer?

As a procurement employee, you will have a varied part-time position within a modern production environment.

  • A contract for 28 to 32 hours per week;
  • A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000 on a full-time basis;
  • 25 holidays and 13 ADV days;
  • Travel allowance from the first kilometre (€ 0.19 per km);
  • Flexible working hours and a development budget of €800 per year;
  • Pension scheme where 2/3 of your premium is paid;
