What are you going to do?
As a customer service representative, you will work in a varied role with a lot of customer contact:
- You will answer questions via phone, email and customer portal;
- You will help resolve minor technical faults;
- You will liaise with engineers or schedule appointments;
- You will keep an overview and communicate clearly;
Who are you?
As a customer service representative, you are eager to learn and think in terms of solutions:
- You have experience in customer service, helpdesk or support or want to grow in this field;
- You are structured, quick to change gears and have good communication skills;
- You have an interest in (electrical) engineering or enjoy working with systems;
- Experience with an ERP system such as Syntess is a plus.
