IT System Administrator (English)

You will be working on the site in Almelo, where three direct colleagues work in the IT department. You also have daily contact with an international team that is active at other locations. This team ensures reliable operations of the computer systems and together you work on projects on an international level. These can be projects in the field of implementation, migration and Cloud. In short, a very challenging position!

• Plan, develop, implement and test day-to-day changes to the IT infrastructure;
• Registering and solving failures in the IT infrastructure;
• Documentation for new and existing IT processes;
• You regularly work together with colleagues from other international teams;
• Finally, you work in collaboration with your colleagues in consignment services on weekends (during normal working hours).

• Bachelors in IT or any related field;
• Work experience in a similar role as system administrator;
• Certificates in the field of MS-SQL database administrator; MSCA; Cloud (AWS, Azure);
• Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio
• Customer and service oriented, communicative and stress resistant;
• Participate in consignment services and sporadic international travel;
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands;
• Proficient knowledge of the English language and willing to learn the Dutch language.

ZT Systems is an American company. Their HQ is in Secaucus (New Jersey). They produce servers for data storage due to the increasing demand for data traffic and storage. These servers are located in data centers worldwide. One of the production locations is located in Almelo. A total of about 600 employees work there and they are growing rapidly. It is an international environment, where many nationalities work. There is a pleasant atmosphere and ZT Systems pays a lot of attention to the people who work there.
