What are you going to do?
As a (prospective) Continuous Improvement Project Leader, you will guide improvement initiatives from idea to implementation and ensure their national impact.
- You lead assigned improvement processes from analysis to implementation;
- You support the Business Manager in process improvements and coordinate improvement files;
- You translate bottlenecks into concrete improvement proposals;
- You supervise regional and national improvement projects;
- You analyse data and convert it into practical advice;
- You stimulate cooperation between departments and external partners;
- You actively contribute to the development of the Continuous Improvement team.
Who are you?
As a Continuous Improvement Project Leader, you are analytical, structured and know how to connect people.
- You have an HBO or WO education, preferably in engineering or business administration;
- You have several years of work experience in a similar position;
- You have experience with process optimisation and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma;
- You have strong communication skills;
- You are organisationally sensitive and know how to balance interests well;
- You have the drive to really implement improvements.
