Metal production worker

As a Metal Production Employee, you will work on the production of metal parts and structures. You ensure that each product meets the company's high quality standards.

Your daily tasks consist of:

• Operating and setting various metalworking machines (such as sawing, drilling or welding equipment);

• Assembling, finishing and checking metal parts;

• Reading technical drawings and performing precise work;

• Thinking along about improvements in the production process;

• Ensuring a neat and safe working environment.

In short: you are the indispensable link in the production process!

We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn and technically minded. Experience in metalworking is nice, but certainly not a requirement - the right attitude is more important to us.

You are someone who:

• Has technical insight and enjoys working with metal;

• Has experience in production or assembly work (advantage);

• Works accurately and safely;

• Enjoys working in a team but can also work independently;

• Is willing to learn new skills and grow.
